The Mushroom
Festival Office will be open at 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, Friday,
and Saturday. Office will close at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Vendors may set
up on Thursday.
**You MUST check in Before setting up and
everything must fit within your lot boundaries (25 x 35) There will be
a holding area for extra vehicles.
**The 2024 Flea Market Contract will be
given to vendors when checking in. 2023 vendors may reserve their same
lot and pay for 2024 on SUNDAY, between NOON and 2 p.m. The lots will be
sold on a FIRST COME basis after 2PM Sunday, the last day of the Flea Market.
The office will close on Sunday at 3:00 p.m. |
PLEASE READ the following rules
and take note of the ones pertaining to you & your lot

Vendors are required to
open at 9:00 a.m. and remain until 6:00p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Sunday
- 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Contracts for the following year will not be
accepted from vendors who DO NOT open daily. |

The Mesick Lions Mushroom
Festival Committee Reserves the right to PROHIBIT the Sale of certain items.
NO SALES OF OBSCENE pictures, words on shirts, hats, etc. The selling of
Switchblade Knives and Drug paraphernalia is PROHIBITED, and will not be
tolerated. |

NO food or beverage may
be sold without the approval of the Festival Committee. |
| 4. |
We DO NOT allow roving vendors.
All sales must be made from your registered lot. |
| 5. |
ALL vendor PETS will be
kept on a leash of 6 foot or less at all times. It IS your responsibility
for cleaning up after your animal. |
| 6. |
If you are selling guns,
knives, crossbows, fireworks, or cigarettes, you must have a sign that
reads: "YOU MUST BE OF LEGAL AGE AND HAVE PROPER ID, to purchase these
Items." These signs must be posted at the front of your set up and plainly
visible. If you do not comply, you will be asked to leave. NO EXCEPTIONS. |

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE
NOT ALLOWED ON FLEA MARKET GROUNDS. |
| 8. |
Generator curfew from 10:00
p.m. until 6:00 a.m. No LOUD generators please. Check with the office about
special needs. We appreciate your help. |
| 9. |
You will be given a trash
bag at the office when you check in. Please take your garbage to the BIG
dumpster and break down your empty boxes. |
| 10. |
DOGS BROUGHT IN BY CONSUMERS
ARE DISCOURAGED! Please make complaints to the MUSHROOM OFFICE IMMEDIATELY,
so it can be taken care of in a timely manner. |
| 11. |
NO SHOW - NO REFUND. |
